- Ready Stock Orders: Processed and dispatched within 1โ3 business days.
- Custom/Third-Party Manufacturing Orders: Processing time varies between 10โ30 business days, depending on product type, quantity, and packaging customization.
๐ Shipping Coverage
We currently offer PAN India delivery, including to rural and remote areas, via reliable courier and logistics partners.
๐ Delivery Timelines
- Metro Cities: 2โ5 business days after dispatch
- Non-Metro Cities / Remote Areas: 4โ10 business days after dispatch
Delivery times may vary due to courier delays, strikes, weather conditions, or public holidays.
๐ฐ Shipping Charges
- For Bulk Orders (above โน25,000): Free shipping available in selected regions.
- For Small/Trial Orders: Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, volume, and delivery location, and will be shown at checkout or communicated during quotation.

All products are packed in tamper-proof, moisture-resistant packaging to ensure product safety. For fragile or liquid items, extra care is taken during packing.

Once your order is shipped, we will share:
- Courier name and tracking ID
- Expected delivery date
Tracking details will be sent via email or WhatsApp.

Sehatyaab Biotech is not liable for delays caused by:

- Incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses

If you have specific shipping instructions (e.g., temperature-sensitive products, urgent deliveries, bulk pallets, or hospital drop points), please inform our support team during order placement.
๐ Undelivered Orders
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect address
- No response from consignee
- Refused delivery
We may deduct a reshipping or restocking fee based on actual courier charges.
